Meet the team behind Endorsr.
Our team brings together entrepreneurs, athletes, coaches, technology builders, advertising and brand leaders, sports professionals, and community builders with experience across every side of the marketplace we’re creating.
Different backgrounds. Different expertise. One shared mission: to build the global athlete marketplace where athletes at every level can build their identity, tell their story, grow their community, and create opportunity from the sport they love.
Built for the 99.99% of athletes who love their sport.
The team
The people building it.

Nick Forcier
Co-Founder & CEO
USA
Nick Forcier is an entrepreneur, lifelong athlete, and co-founder of Endorsr. A cyclist, basketball player, snowboarder, hiker, and lifelong competitor, Nick believes you don’t have to be a professional athlete for sport to become an important part of who you are — or to create opportunity from it.
That belief became the foundation for Endorsr: the global athlete marketplace built for the 99.99% of athletes who love their sport. As Co-Founder & CEO, Nick leads the vision and strategy behind Endorsr, bringing together athletes, fans, communities, organizations, brands, and technology around one idea: every athlete should have the opportunity to build something from the sport they love.
His focus is on creating a marketplace where athletes can build their identity, tell their story, celebrate their achievements, grow their community, earn from their sport, and create relationships and opportunities that can extend far beyond competition. For Nick, Endorsr is bigger than helping athletes get noticed. It’s about changing who gets to participate in the opportunities surrounding sport — from the few at the top to the millions of athletes who play because they love it.
Jamie
Co-Founder & CTO
England
Jamie is a technology entrepreneur, developer, engineer, and co-founder of Endorsr who has spent his career turning ambitious ideas into working products and businesses.
As the technical architect behind Endorsr, Jamie designed and built the technology that powers the platform — from the underlying marketplace engine to the athlete experience and Endorsr app. While Jamie’s path to Endorsr didn’t begin on the playing field, it came from something equally important to the company’s mission: the ability to see what technology can make possible and then build it.
As Co-Founder & CTO, Jamie leads Endorsr’s technology and engineering strategy, continually developing the infrastructure, products, and experiences that allow athletes to build their identity, grow their communities, connect with others, and create opportunity from the sport they love. For Jamie, the challenge behind Endorsr is also what makes it exciting: building the technology that can turn millions of individual athlete stories and communities into one connected global marketplace.

Emiliano “Mil” Bara
Chief Athlete & Growth Officer
USA
Emiliano “Mil” Bara is a former collegiate and independent league athlete, coach, scout, entrepreneur, and founding member of Endorsr. Having experienced sport from both sides of the athlete journey, Mil understands how much talent, ambition, and opportunity exists beyond the athletes who receive the most attention.
Through his work in athlete scouting, development, placement, and business development, Mil has built his career around identifying potential, creating meaningful connections, and helping athletes find opportunities that fit who they are and where they want to go.
As Chief Athlete & Growth Officer at Endorsr, Mil brings that athlete-first perspective to growing the marketplace — helping shape how athletes join and build within Endorsr, while developing the relationships between athletes, organizations, brands, and partners that create meaningful opportunities at scale. For Mil, Endorsr represents a chance to expand what’s possible around sport: giving more athletes a way to be discovered, build relationships, grow their identity, and create something from the sport they love.

Stacy
Chief Brand & Partnerships Officer
USA
Stacy brings more than three decades of advertising, media, sales, and revenue leadership to Endorsr, along with a lifelong connection to sports as a coach, mentor, and father.
Over a 32-year career in advertising and media, Stacy has worked across local, regional, and national markets, leading advertising strategy, product development, sales, partnerships, and revenue growth. That experience gives him a deep understanding of what brands are looking for — and how to turn the right audience, idea, and relationship into meaningful business results. His connection to athletes runs just as deep: 20 years coaching and mentoring young athletes from pee wee through high school.
As Chief Brand & Partnerships Officer, Stacy leads the development of relationships with brands, advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners — helping them discover new ways to connect with authentic athlete communities while creating more opportunities for the athletes who make those communities possible.

Jessica Forcier
Chief Advertising & Agency Officer
USA
Jessica Forcier is an advertising entrepreneur and performance marketing executive with more than 20 years of experience helping brands find their audiences, launch into new markets, and turn media investment into measurable growth.
As the founder and owner of Radio Robot, Inc., Jessica has built her career working directly with brands across performance-driven media, developing strategies that combine audience insight, creative execution, testing, attribution, optimization, and results.
As Chief Advertising & Agency Officer, Jessica brings that experience to the advertising side of the marketplace — helping brands and agencies turn Endorsr’s athlete network into relevant, scalable campaigns while developing the tools, programs, and agency relationships that make athlete-powered marketing easier to buy, manage, and grow. Her perspective is central to a core Endorsr belief: the most valuable athlete for a campaign isn’t always the one with the biggest following. It’s the athlete with the right story, community, audience, and fit for the brand.

Kenny Wilson
Chief Sports Relations Officer
USA
Kenny Wilson brings more than three decades of experience across professional and collegiate sports to Endorsr, with a career spanning officiating, coaching, athlete development, and sports administration.
A former NBA official and current collegiate basketball official, Kenny has experienced sport from a perspective few people have — working alongside athletes, coaches, officials, and organizations at multiple levels of competition. Over more than 30 years of coaching at the collegiate and high school levels, he has helped athletes develop both on and off the field, including athletes who went on to earn university and conference Hall of Fame recognition.
As Chief Sports Relations Officer, Kenny helps build relationships across the sports ecosystem — connecting Endorsr with universities, athletic programs, teams, coaches, leagues, and other organizations while helping ensure the platform remains grounded in the real experiences and needs of athletes.
