Payouts
- ✓Athletes keep 100% of what a brand offers — the brand pays our 20% fee on top. Storefront sales keep 85–92%.
- ✓Payments are processed via Stripe — we never hold or touch funds directly.
- ✓Brand deals are billed to the brand. Funds are manually released to athletes after content approval.
- ✓Standard payout: within 48 hours of approval.
Dispute & refunds
- ✓Full refund if a product is not fulfilled within 7 days.
- ✓Endorsr manually reviews every dispute to ensure fair outcomes.
- ✓If an athlete is unresponsive, we step in to resolve.
- ✓Chargebacks are handled by Stripe's dispute process.
Athlete verification
- ✓All athletes are verified before they can receive payouts.
- ✓KYC check triggers after $500 in lifetime earnings (Persona-powered).
- ✓Guardian consent required for athletes under 18.
- ✓Tiers (Rookie → Record) reflect athlete journey and verification level.
Platform safety
- ✓All content is reviewed before payment is released to athletes.
- ✓Immutable audit log for every content review action.
- ✓AI-powered compliance checking on all brand deal briefs.
- ✓Rate limiting on all API endpoints to prevent abuse.
Data & privacy
- ✓Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
