Code of Conduct

Version 2.0 · Our commitment to ethical operations

1. Our Commitment

Endorsr is committed to conducting business ethically, transparently, and in compliance with all applicable laws. This Code of Conduct applies to all directors, employees, contractors, and representatives of BuiltByGo Ltd.

2. Ethical Standards

We expect everyone associated with Endorsr to:

  • Act with honesty, integrity, and fairness in all business dealings
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose them when they arise
  • Protect confidential information and respect user privacy
  • Treat all platform users fairly regardless of their background or following

3. Anti-Bribery & Corruption

Endorsr has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption. No employee or representative may offer, give, solicit, or accept any bribe, kickback, or improper payment — directly or indirectly — in connection with any business activity.

This includes bribes to public officials, commercial bribery, facilitation payments, and any form of corrupt inducement. All financial records must be accurate and reflect the true nature of each transaction.

4. Whistleblowing

Endorsr encourages the reporting of any suspected misconduct, fraud, or violation of this Code. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation via [email protected].

All reports will be investigated promptly and impartially. The identity of whistleblowers will be protected to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Endorsr is built for the 98% of athletes who have been overlooked by traditional endorsement models. That mission extends to our internal operations:

  • We do not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • We actively seek to work with athletes from underrepresented backgrounds and communities
  • Our platform pricing (PPP) ensures athletes in developing markets pay proportionally less
  • We believe athlete worth is not determined by follower count

6. Data Ethics

We handle user data responsibly and transparently. Our AI matching algorithms are designed to maximise opportunity, not to discriminate. We regularly audit our systems for bias and fairness.

7. Reporting Violations

Anyone who believes this Code has been violated should report it to [email protected]. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated.
