The brand can request one round of revisions. If after revisions they still decline, the deal enters a mediation process. In most cases we find a resolution — and if not, you are compensated for your time at a rate defined in the campaign brief.

Yes. Budget is committed at campaign creation and held in escrow. Brands cannot reduce the budget after athletes have been approved.
