Modern Slavery Statement

Version 2.0 · Modern Slavery Act 2015 (Voluntary)

1. Introduction

This statement is made voluntarily by BuiltByGo Ltd (operating Endorsr) in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps we have taken and continue to take to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not occurring in our business or supply chain.

2. Our Business

Endorsr is a digital platform connecting athletes with brands for NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) partnerships. Our operations are entirely digital — we do not manufacture physical goods, operate warehouses, or employ workers in high-risk jurisdictions. Our supply chain consists of cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and software-as-a-service vendors.

3. Our Policies

We maintain the following policies relevant to modern slavery prevention:

  • Code of Conduct: Sets ethical standards for all business activities
  • Supplier Code: All vendors must comply with applicable labour laws
  • Whistleblowing Policy: Confidential reporting channel for concerns
  • Recruitment Policy: All employees have right-to-work verification

4. Risk Assessment

Given our digital-only business model and UK-based operations, we assess the risk of modern slavery in our direct operations as low. Our primary supply chain risk relates to third-party data centre and cloud infrastructure providers, all of whom are major US-listed companies with their own robust modern slavery programmes.

5. Due Diligence

We conduct due diligence on all significant suppliers, including review of their modern slavery statements and compliance practices. All our major infrastructure providers (Supabase, Stripe, Cloudflare, Cloudinary, Railway) publish their own MSA statements and maintain ethical supply chain programmes.

6. Training

All team members are made aware of modern slavery risks and reporting procedures during onboarding. We review this statement annually.

7. Approval

This statement was approved by the board of BuiltByGo Ltd and is reviewed annually.
