Endorsr (endorsr.co) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights under applicable data protection law including the UK GDPR.
1. What We Collect
Account information
Name, email address, username, profile photo, sport, school or club affiliation, social media handles, and date of birth (for age verification).
Usage data
Pages visited, features used, deal interactions, storefront views, and in-app activity logs. We collect this to improve the platform and match athletes with relevant brands.
Payment information
Payment transactions are handled entirely by Stripe. Endorsr does not store, process, or have access to card numbers, bank details, or any raw payment credentials.
Device tokens
Push notification tokens for iOS and Android, used only to send you deal alerts, payout notifications, and platform updates. You can opt out at any time in your device settings.
2. How We Use It
We use your data to:
- Operate your account and deliver the Endorsr service
- Match athletes to relevant brand deal opportunities using our matching algorithm
- Process payments and manage payouts via Stripe
- Send you transactional notifications (deal matches, payments, account alerts)
- Improve the platform through aggregated analytics and usage patterns
- Comply with legal obligations including fraud prevention and tax reporting
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for profiling outside of the matching functionality described above.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you request account deletion, your personal profile data is removed within 30 days.
Transaction and financial records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by UK tax and accounting law. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

6. Cookies
Endorsr uses session cookies only. These are strictly necessary for authentication and maintaining your logged-in state. They are deleted when you close your browser or sign out.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. We do not participate in cross-site tracking.
