Accessibility Statement
WCAG 2.2 AA Conformance
1. Our Commitment
Endorsr is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We strive to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards and continually improve the user experience for everyone — including athletes, brands, and fans who use assistive technologies.
2. Conformance Status
The Endorsr web application is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. Partial conformance means some parts may not fully meet the standard, and we are actively working to address these gaps.
Our Flutter mobile application is being assessed and will be updated to meet the same standards in a future release.
3. Known Limitations
We are aware of the following areas that may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA:
- Some third-party embedded content (e.g., Stripe checkout) may have limited accessibility
- Video content uploaded by athletes may not include captions (we provide tools for athletes to add them)
- Some legacy marketing pages are being updated for keyboard navigation parity
4. What We Do
We incorporate accessibility into our design and development process:
- Colour contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards
- Semantic HTML structure and ARIA labels
- Keyboard-navigable interfaces
- Screen reader compatible form labels and error messages
- Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
- Alternative text for images where meaningful
5. Feedback
We welcome your feedback on accessibility. If you encounter barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
6. Assessment
This statement was last reviewed in April 2026. We conduct internal accessibility reviews with each major release and will commission a full external audit before public launch in 2026.
